What is the procedure for making a booking?

First you have to make an enquiry about a property or a number or properties that you are interested in, giving the dates of your holidays. We will get back to you with availability and rates and when you decide to make the booking you need to sent the booking form found on our website’s homepage. After we receive the booking form we will advise you the deposit required in order to finalise and secure the booking.

Isn't a villa going to cost us a lot of money?

You'll be pleasantly surprised to find no. In many cases renting a villa works out cheaper than a hotel due to the fact that a villa cost is for the whole villa and so with a full occupancy, the cost per person is very competitive. Once you experience the convenience, freedom, privacy and at home feeling that staying in a villa provides, you won’t want to holiday any other way.

How do i pay?

You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or with a VISA with a 2% charge.

When is my final balance due?

The final balance is due eight weeks prior to departure. The balance due date can be found on the first deposit confirmation email. On receipt of your final payment we will send you your personalised travel pack including directions to your villa, how to get the key and usefull Cyprus travel information.

How are prices shown?

Prices are all in UK pounds (sterling) and are quoted on a per week (7 day) basis. There are no under occupancy charges when renting a villa or apartment. Prices are per villa/apartment per week.

Prices include taxes (VAT). The pricing section of the property brochure page will detail any extras if applicable.

What if I have to cancel my booking?

To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit (50%) is payable to secure the booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, the full balance is due within 8 weeks of your arrival date. If you cancel your booking at the deposit stage, the deposit will be lost. If you cancel your booking after the balance is paid you will not be eligible to a refund and you may lose all the money you have paid. However in exceptional circumstances, we can refund part of the payment. It is essential you let us know as soon as possible if you believe you must cancel the booking.

What happens when I arrive?

If you have booked car hire, you will pick up the car and follow our detailed directions to your villa. If you don't have a car booked or a taxi arranged though us you will need to arrange your transfer to the villa by yourselves. Our itinerary packs will tell you the location of the villa keys as well as the time you may take occupancy of the property.

What happens on the day of departure?

Remember to pack all your belongings including your passport, tickets and wallets. The villa will be full cleaned and prepared after your departure and any personal belongings that you leave behind may be disposed of.

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?
All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided except if stated otherwise. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool. Cot linen is not provided; please ensure you take your own.

How often is the villa cleaned?

The villas and apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis and linen and towels are changed during the clean.

Do we need to arrange holiday insurance?

Yes. It is very important to have a good holiday insurance that includes cancelation cover.. Please make sure that you bring the insurance documents with you.

Will I need to take travel adaptor plugs?
Yes – the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical items you take with you.

Where will I collect the keys to my accommodation?
Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents. Collection points do vary depending on the destination and the accommodation you are travelling to.

Can we occupy the accommodation before 4pm on the day of arrival?
The official time for entry into your accommodation is 15:00 local time. The cleaners have sole access to the accommodation until this time to prepare for your arrival therefore entry to the accommodation prior to this time will not be permitted.

Can we vacate the accommodation later than the confirmed time of 10am?
11 am is usually the time that you need to vacate the accommodation in order for the agents to clean it and prepare it for the next guest. In some circumstances and if the villa is vacant an arrangement can be made but should be noted in advance.

What if i want to hire a car?

First of all car hire adds an extra degree of flexibility and freedom on holiday. By renting a car through us you can get an excellent service at very competitive prices. The car can be delivered to the airport upon your arrival to Cyprus (time is not a subject) or at your accommodation upon request for free. The car hire company offers 24hour service, unlimited mileage, Car Rates and car groups are found here .

How many drivers per car are included in the rental cost?
Extra drivers can be added to for no extra cost. All drivers will need to produce a driving license.

Can I add a car seat to my booking?
Our car hire company is able to add child seats and booster seats for children aged 9 months to 6 years. These must be pre-booked prior to your departure and are FREE of charge.

Are transfers provided?

If transfer is required we can arrange taxi or minibus to transfer you from and to the airport. . Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
